The Reebok i-train cross trainer is a stylish looking machine and is part of the Reebok’s i-series range, that also encompasses a treadmill (the i-run) and an exercise bike (i-bike). Like other machines in the series, the i-train elliptical cross trainer is available in four different colours (black, blue, orange and pink). Admittedly this is only a small detail, but makes a difference from the staid grey/white that most machines come in.

The i-train elliptical isn’t actually manufactured by Reebok, but is produced by Icon Health & Fitness who licence the “Reebok” moniker. Icon are a huge company who also produce other popular brands such as Proform and NordicTrack.

The i-train is covered by a fairly generous warranty of two years parts and labour. So in the event of the machine breaking down, an engineer will repair the elliptical in your home.

In summary, the i-train is a great entry level machine for the beginner who just wants to just jump on the elliptical and start exercising. More experienced exercisers may want a cross trainer that offers a little more in the way of “bells-and-whistles”.
